Twilight Sparkle is pregnant and she have to go to a hospital because she musht make a baby check up. First you have to take care about Sparkle, take some napkins, then anoints the whole body with a special cream. The next step is to check up Sparkle and her baby with the special doctor tools to know how she feel.
